"Jennifer was amazing to work with. I knew I wanted to book a photo session for my newborn but was a little hesitant as it can be challenging to commit to plans with a newborn! My husband, baby and I had just moved to a new home weeks prior so I felt that the house was not ready for a photoshoot. However, Jennifer immediately put us at ease. She took lots of photos outside of our home and then picked the rooms inside that had the best light. "My original concern about scheduling a newborn session was that I didn’t know if I would be comfortable doing one after just giving birth. Having a newborn can be unpredictable so I was hesitant to book something in advance and not know how I would feel or how the baby would act. The thought of driving to a new location with a baby who was only days old seemed intimidating. However, Jennifer came to our home and provided us with a wonderful experience. I’m so happy we decided to go ahead with the session!

I loved the idea of an in-home photo session to allow us to be in a comfortable and safe environment for my newborn. It was a relief to be at home where I had everything I needed for her. The session with Jennifer was stress free and she allowed us and our baby to do whatever we felt was comfortable and take breaks in between as needed. 

During the photo session I felt completely at ease. Jennifer made my husband and I feel comfortable and was open to having the baby lead the photos based on her temperament. She guided us with different poses that were safe and adorable at the same time. We loved how we got to be included in the photos and take them around our home and even our dog got to be included! It made me feel relieved that Jennifer kept checking in on our baby to make sure her needs were met and she wasn’t cold or upset. After the session I felt happy and excited to see the photos and was overjoyed with how great the photos turned out! 

We would 100% recommend using Jennifer for your newborn session! She is professional, extremely patient and you can tell she cares about her clients. She took the time to get to know us and our baby and was calm when dealing with a newborn. You can tell that Jennifer takes pride in her work and utilizes the best lighting and angles to get the perfect shot. We cannot wait to use Jennifer in the future for more family photos!"
